The rewinder is the core equipment for converting large jumbo rolls into intermediate rolls. It adopts a dual-shaft hydraulic expansion system to ensure stable roll fixation and uniform tension control. With advanced PLC programming, it precisely adjusts rewinding speed and pressure to prevent creases or loose edges. The machine also features automatic paper core feeding and finished roll ejection, reducing manual intervention and improving production continuity.

Cutter

The cutter section ensures precise roll sizing according to customer requirements. It uses a servo-driven knife system for accurate cutting, supporting customization of roll lengths from 100mm to 150mm. Equipped with a photoelectric tracking device, it maintains consistent cutting accuracy even at high speeds, minimizing material waste. The safety enclosure and emergency stop system ensure operator safety during high-speed operations.

Multi-Rolls Packaging Machine

The packaging unit automatically groups and wraps multiple toilet paper rolls. It supports various packaging formats, such as 4, 6, or 8 rolls per pack. The machine uses heat sealing technology for PE film packaging, ensuring tight sealing and moisture resistance. With an integrated counting system, it accurately groups rolls and applies printed labels as needed. The servo-driven film feeding system adjusts packaging speed according to production volume, ensuring high efficiency and low film consumption.

Production Line Integration

All machines are connected by a conveyor system for seamless material transfer. The central control panel allows operators to monitor and adjust the entire production process, from rewinding to packaging. The line supports production speeds of up to 300 rolls per minute, with automatic fault detection and alarm functions.
