      After rewinding into complete paper logs, the semi-finished products are automatically conveyed to the automatic band saw cutter machine. Different from the manual cutting of semi-automatic production lines, this fully automatic cutting module realizes unmanned fixed-length cutting.<\/p>\n

      The high-precision cutting blade cooperates with the intelligent positioning system to cut the long paper logs into standard single toilet paper rolls with flat and smooth cutting sections, no burrs and no paper waste.
