Production Workflow

Step 1: Jumbo Roll Unwinding

Two 1300mm-diameter jumbo rolls are mounted on the unwinding stations. The system automatically controls the unwinding speed and tension to feed the 1100mm-wide paper web into the cutting unit smoothly.

Step 2: Precision Cutting

The continuous paper web is first slit into multiple A4-width strips by longitudinal slitters, then cut into standard A4 sheets (297mm in length) by high-speed cross-cutters.

Step 3: Sorting & Counting

Cut A4 sheets are conveyed to the stacking unit, where they are neatly stacked and automatically counted (500 sheets per ream) by the PLC system.

Step 4: Automatic Packaging

Stacked A4 reams are wrapped with moisture-resistant packaging paper, then sealed and labeled. Finished reams are discharged from the line for storage or delivery.
