Production Process of Toilet Tissue from Waste Paper Pulp

The 4 TPD tissue paper machine adopts a scientific and efficient production process, which can convert waste paper into high-quality toilet tissue parent rolls through the following steps:

Waste Paper Collection and Sorting

First, collect waste paper (including recycled pulp and office paper), sort out impurities such as plastic, metal and non-paper materials manually or by mechanical equipment to ensure the purity of raw materials.
