2.Line Composition and Working Flow
The line is built from three machines joined end to end by conveyors, so semi-finished paper moves automatically between stations:
1) Toilet paper rewinding machine with wool-to-steel full embossing converts the jumbo tissue roll into long narrow rolls. 2) Automatic band saw cutting machine (also named toilet paper slitter machine) slices the long rolls into individual pieces. 3) Multi roll packing machine groups 6 to 12 rolls into one plastic bag and seals it automatically.
